12/26/00- Uploading...uploading...uploading. I've uploaded shit loads of older material onto
mp3.com. They have a really cool thing called D.A.M. CD where artists can upload material and
then anyone can buy their mp3 files in CD form. They're kinda like a cross platform CDR and you get
mp3 files, audio tracks (playable on any CD player), info and pictures of the band on the CD.
They sound damn good (no pun intended) on a regular CD player too! I went digging through all
my old tapes and dida webpage and D.A.M. CD for XIJIX (my first punk band- this stuff is raw!),
ASIDE/BESIDE (mid- 80's electronic project), d.A. SEBASSTIAN and KILL SWITCH...KLICK.

12/18/00- Finishing up the cover art for the new d.A. Sebasstian CD. Looks like it gonna be
8 songs and a Quicktime movie. Also heard back from Ricardo Acevedo that he finished tracking the
vocals for The Flathand 5 CD. The whole idea behind The Flathand 5 disc is like a compilation/
studio album hybrid, with many of the same percussionists performing over the whole album.
My wives female percussion ensemble Om Bili is also contributing a few tracks. They're still
rehearsing their material. The CD should be finished by end of next year. Only three years after
we laid the basic percussion tracks!

12/11/00- Wrappin' Christmas presents- ladeedaa. Tis th' season.
Getting all the advertising in place for my new CD. Alot of graphic crunching.
Also we did an instore Saturday the 9th for the WHO Tribute I just put out on iREGULAR.
It was at Cellophane Square in Seattle and went over most excellently.

11/27/00- Spent the whole weekend updating this website and switching ISPs (now we're on Mindspring/
Earthlink). Didn't get any music done. I'm finally mailing off the CDR to Cleopatra Records
for Milkin' It For All It's Worth- The Best Of KILL SWITCH...KLICK. Also found out about another
compilation Cleopatra Records put out with a KsK track on it. The CD is a 3 disc collection
called This Is Industrial and is available on their website Cleorecs.com
Our track was deCANONIZED from the Beat It To Fit, Paint It To Match CD. I'm also
thinking about adding one more track to the d.A. Sebasstian disc (can't leave well enough alone).
Its a bluesy/ trip-hop song called Whenever You Come Around. I'm gonna start tracking it and if it
gets finished in the next few months I'll throw it on there.

11/18/00- I've been busy archiving and dumping tracks off my Roland SP808 so I can give it to remixer
Elisha-one to finish a remix of Monster for my new release. Disc Makers finished transferring the
Quicktime video for Produkt (Mass Market Mix) onto the audio CDR of the Best of Kill Switch...Klick
CD, so that one is ready for production. I've got to mail it off to Cleopatra Records next week.

11/15/00- Finished The Underdog for the new self titled d.A. Sebasstian CD e.p. This ones
more like Kill Switch...Klick style electronica rather than the new elektro-twang I've
been experimenting with on the other tunes for this disc. Underdog was the last tune I had to
write for the new CD and it should make it more musically diverse.
Elisha-one, a upcoming local remixer and DJ is going to do a remix of Monster and that will
finish the CD. The e.p. is gonna be- six new songs, a cover of Link Wray's Rumble, a remix and a
Quicktime Movie of Example by director Brent Watanabe.
Speaking of short films I shot some interview footage of Kevin Tone from Diamond Fist Werny and
SoundRangers for my upcoming documentary last night. I don't want to give away the premise
of the film but Kevin was the third interview I've filmed for it and I should have it finished
sometime next year.

11/06/00- My cover of Link Wray's- Rumble is almost finished. Only two more guitar tracks to go.
It's beefy! After this song is completed, I just have to do the vocals for The Underdog
and this album (d.A. Sebasstian self titled) is done! I'm still waiting for the Quicktime video to
get added on the audio CDR of the Best Of Kill Switch...Klick CD. It's gonna push back the
release date.

10/26/00- Working on a cover song for an Instrumental Hits comp. I'm putting out next year on
iREGULAR. I was initially gonna do Booker T & The MG's- Green Onions but on a CD I bought to learn
the song I came across Link Wray's ultra-famous guitar instrumental Rumble and decided to go with that.
What a great fuckin' tune! His sound is exactly the guitar timbre I was trying to get on my new
recordings. I think I'm also gonna release the song on the new d.A. Sebasstian CD.

10/23/00- Mell & I finished mastering the Best of Kill Switch...Klick CD this morning. It sounds
very nice and encapsulates the Kill Switch...Klick sound for the last 8 years (yea it's been that long!).

10/22/00- I go into the studio(Hanzsek Audio) to finish mastering the Best Of Kill Switch...Klick CD
tomorrow. We also did the cover photo shoot for the next iREGULAR release TEEN FEEDING FRENZY
a teen idols tribute. We had two gals (Liz & Margaret) chewing on and wrestling over a bloody steak.
It looked very savage and cool. That CD should be in stores by early next year. We sent out the
WHO CARES:A TRIBUTE TO THE WHO to our distributor (REDEYE DISTRIBUTION) and select magazine reviewers
last week. We are also planning a 300 piece college radio station mail out through AAM next week.
iREGULAR also just picked up two new artists for distribution Jennifer Hope (a gothic/ ethereal
female artist) & Six Sigma (multimedia electronica). Look for both in our iSTORE late next week.
I will also be adding some new ADSR Music Werks titles as well as a new Bill Wolford's Head limited run
CDR at the same iSTORE update. You can also hear Bill's cover of The Who's, Behind Blue Eyes on
WHO CARE'S.

10/16/00- Got 2/3rds of the Best Of Kill Switch...Klick CD loaded into ProTools at Hanzsek Audio
today. Mell Dettmer was at the helm. We've got another session next week, and that should do it.
Finished most of the lyrics for a new/old tune called The Underdog. The music for that one
is over a year old. It's very aggro synth sounding. Rob Jones did the drumming and then I finished
the music and sat on it while the world spun on. It has a more Kill Switch...Klick feel but I'm
gonna use it on the new d.A. Sebasstian e.p. to add a little lineage and diversity.

10/11/00- I've been setting up the shows to promote the WHO CARE'S tribute to THE WHO CD I'm putting
out on iREGULAR. Should have the first run of CD's next week. Were going to do one at the University
Bookstore in Seattle and one at Cellophane Square in Seattle, late October & Early November. The last
CD release shows we did for the Americana: Tribute To Johnny Cash CD I put out two years ago went really
well. I also set up the mastering sessions with Mel Dettmer for next week for the Best of Kill Switch...
Klick, Cleopatra Records is putting out later this year.

10/09/00- Working another remix of Monster. Tried adding a few parts and subtracting a few other
parts. Now I have 1 1/2 hours of various Monster mixes. Just in time for Halloween.

10/02/00- October...already! Fall is my favorite time of year...but man this year really flew by.
Finished the rough mix of Manifestation, I think this tune is going on the new d.A. Sebasstian CD.
It's got a certain vibe that will sit well with the other tracks. I'm mixing it today.
That makes four songs of the seven I want to do for the CD complete (originally I was only gonna
do six). As I'm writing new material I'm seeing which project it would fit with. Like Day To Day
(Feeding The Machine) doesn't have the same feel as the other d.A. Sebasstian tracks so that
one is going on the Kill Switch...Klick- Almost Ambient CD, even though I wrote the two songs
in a similar mind set, they don't have the same feel. I think 'cause Manifestation ended up
with alot of guitar over the electronics, it fits in the d.A. category. I might re-evaluate killing
the Kill Switch...Klick name altogether, and just use it for my more electronic & experimental recordings.

09/25/00- Got some goodies in the mail yesterday. The remixes for the Best Of Kill Switch...Klick
CD came and sound very nice...now I have to book time in the studio to remaster the rest of the CD.
Also the new Faith & Disease- Beneath The Trees that I worked on earlier this year. It's very
hypnotic and full sounding. You can buy a copy by clicking on PROJEKT. Adding lo-fi spoken word
to the electronic piece Manifestation today.

09/09/00- Worked on the catalog section of the website. I'm trying to get a better layout as I'm
slowly expanding each section. I also finished the vocals for So Blue. It's sounding kind of
Nick Cave meets Soul Coughing (if you can imagine that!). I'll mix it tomorrow and then move onto
the next song. I hope this CD gets finished by early next year. I'm gonna post a song from it
in MP3 format on MP3.com after I get this new import device made by Tascam called a US-428.

09/05/00- Finally finished the lyrics for So Blue a murder ballad set to upright bass (James Whiton)
and slide guitars (me). The drumming and percussion were by Jeremy Sever, but because I sampled his
parts and then re-assembled them (as well as the upright bass parts) the song has a cut and paste feel.
It has a blues trip-hop vibe overall, and is one of the best songs (lyrically) I've ever written.
I did a rough vocal tonight, just to set the tone and get a few ideas out. I also laid a permanent
backing chorus track. This one should be done this weekend.
I also sent out the WHO CARE'S: A TRIBUTE TO THE WHO artwork & CDR master to the pressing plant today.
I should have the proofs back by next week and beat my street date of October 15th.

Crawling on it. It sounds great with tracks by Clang Quartet, Remora, Small Life Form with Jarboe

08/22/00- Mastered the WHO CARES: A Tribute To The Who on Friday & Saturday. Man, I'm Who'd out!
Many of the 16 tracks captured the feeling of The Who, even though they weren't in the typical
rock vein. I think even Pete Townsend would like it! There's everything on this disc, from gothic to
electronic, from ambient to noise from alt. country to psychedelic dub. Now I've got to get it into
production. I'm hoping to have it out by October. I also started picking tracks for the
Best Of Kill Switch...Klick that Cleopatra Record's is putting out later this year. I got confirmations
that Tony James and Neil X of Sigue Sigue Sputnik are remixing Follow Me & Matt Green of Spahn Ranch
is remixing Kontorted. It's hard to pick 16 tracks from 5 CD's. I've been looking at old DJ play lists,
to try and get some perspective. There's certain songs that have to be on the CD...but which
version? I'll figure it out. I also just started working on the next song for the d.A. Sebasstian
CD called So Blue. It's jazzy with alot of groovy bass & vibraphone samples. James Whiton (bassist
extraordinaire) played upright on it as well. I'll have to see how well this song sits between the
Rockabilly sounds of Monster and the Trip-Hop attitude of Isabella. Rosie Huntress who used to sing in
KsK and now plays in the band Flexie, said she'd do some guest vocals on some of The Flathead 5 tracks.

08/16/00- Almost finished my cover of The Who's 5:15. I just have to replace the lead vocal and mix.
I talked with Ricardo Acevedo who I used to work with in a band called Freaks Amor back in 1983.
He's gonna do some vocal work on The Flathand 5 CD I've been working on for the last year and a half.
Very cool.

08/11/00- I crashed the iREGULAR website last night. I guess I exceeded my 10 meg limit and when I
tried to reload a meta tag infested index page it came up blank. So if you tried to view the
site last night, I apologize. I just bumped the site up to 20 megs so I should be good for awhile.
I finished mixing Day To Day (Feeding The Machine) for a compilation for Cohort Records. It sounded
a bit Kill Switch...Klickish so I'm releasing it as such. I know I keep saying no-more new
Kill Switch...Klick releases but...who knew?!?

08/08/00- I threw together a really cool piece called Day To Day for a compilation about "machines".
A remixed version may also appear on the Kill Switch...Klick Ambient Collection CD.
The whole thing only took two days to write and record. It's very...ummm...mechanical sounding.
I know I should be finishing my Who track (5:15) but this one just fell outa me.
I've gotta finish the Who track (vocals and mix)this weekend. Mastering and assembly is set for
August 18th & 19th.

08/01/00- NEWS FLASH! The David Bowie compilation I did a track for 1 1/2 years ago (DARK VISION BOWIE 2)
is coming out on Cleopatra Records in a few months. I just got confirmation. I did the Bowie classic
Suffragette City, one of my all time favorite songs. This is turning out to be a productive year.

07/31/00- Mikes drum session went well. He got it in 6 takes. Not bad for a guy who hasn't picked up a
drum stick in 3 years! I'll post photos in the next few days. I also finished the cover art for the

07/29/00- Got an advance listen to the new Faith & Disease CD that I worked on. It sounds excellent,
and it looks like this...
The full title is Faith & Disease- Beneath The Trees and it will be available
through Projekt Records in a month or so. Mike Ditmore's coming over to do some drum work on my cover
of 5:15 by The Who, for the WHO CARES compilation. Having Mike play drums is just like old times.

07/28/00- Working on the WHO CARE'S CD all day. Got the thing almost completely laid out.
It looks pretty damn good. All the songs are in and I've already talked to Mel Dettmer about
assembling and mastering it at Hanzsek Audio, August 18th & 19th.

07/20/00- I'm still unpacking the studio! But at least the house painting is almost done.
I got some really kickass ideas for two new compilations I'll be putting out on
iREGULAR later this year or early next year. Can't give the ideas away but look for updates
on the Upcoming Release Schedule page in the near future. I've also just picked up two new
artists for the catalog- Blue Collar Love and Al Berard & Karen England. Check the iSTORE

07/10/00- Reviewing my cover of THE WHO's song 5:15. I think I can knock this one out in
a few weeks. Mike Ditmore (old Kill Switch..Klick drummer) is gonna play drums on it and
is trying to land us a horn section. This song has a great horn line. Mike works at Boeing
and they have this horn ensemble called the Boeing Horns or some such thang. He's tried to
land a few of them for the track, but they keep flaking out. Looks like I might just play it
all on my Trombone doubling up the parts. Should sound good. My basic track is post-punk
heavy with not alot of semblance to the original.

07/01/00- Sent the remix DAT's off to Cleopatra Records last week. I sent the raw data for
Kontorted/ Kontortion from deGenerate and Follow Me from Beat It To Fit, Paint It To Match.
Those songs seem to represent a good cross section of Kill Switch...Klick material.
Follow Me being one of the first Kill Switch...Klick songs and Kontorted being one of the last.
This move has been completely hellish.
My new studio should be up by tomorrow or the next day. I'll post pics when it's set-up.
Gotta see my lawyer this week upcoming about the Celebrate The Misery (read below) thang.

06/20/00- Got the key for our new house today. Man...it took two years of looking and saving and
cleaning up my credit to get this place. It's kinda small but at least it ours. Buying property
in Seattle is rough. The prices just keep going up, it's because we have a real dot.com economy
around here. Alot of new money, that drives real estate up and up. Houses that would sell in
other areas for $120,000 go for close to $300,000 here in Seattle. It's getting outa control.

06/19/00- Did a few more mixes of Monster. Booked time with Mel Dettmer (my mastering
engineer and second set of ears) in her studio, to put together a CDR of my old 8-track
Kill Switch...Klick track extracts. That way I can throw together a few DAT's for the
remixers of the Best Of Kill Switch...Klick CD. Using the CDR and bits out of my sampler,
I can make DAT's that they in turn use to build the remix. Having those old tracks on CDR
is a good way to archive them as well for future use, especially since my 8-track just died.

06/10/00- Well the plot thickens...the boys in Flare have changed their websites, removing
the bad information about publishing, etc. I sent them what's called a Terms Of Use
statement, that says they have to meet certain demands to keep me from suing them.
The band is getting spicy about it...which I can not understand. If I made the kind of
"mistake" (that's their word- I call it plagiarism) they made, I would not argue about
compensation. Well they have one week to accept terms or I sick the dog on them.
I gotta big bad dog too!

06/08/00- Man, the last two days I haven't been able to work on any music 'cause I might
have to sue this band called Flare. I had heard they covered my song Celebrate The Misery
in 7" form and I even bought a copy of the damn thing from their record label. Upon close
inspection I noticed they had listed their own publishing company instead of mine and on their
website they didn't even list me as the songwriter! They also changed some of the lyrics
(a big no-no without the writers permission). I've got an appointment with my lawyer next
Tuesday. In the meantime I sent them some interesting legal (as per my lawyers request)
correspondence and some very nasty correspondence (as per my own request).
Well at least my lawyer said we could make some money on the thing...but that's
hardly the point. It's just a hassle all around.

06/04/00- Spent all day yesterday fucking with my old 8-track, trying to extract old
Kill Switch...Klick tracks from old Kill Switch...Klick songs for the remixers.
I'm gonna work on Monster some more today. I'm also working on the cover layout for the
WHO TRIBUTE CD I'm putting out this year. The cover art is by Henry Boy and looks like this...
Pretty damn cool...huh.

06/03/00- Cleopatra Records gave a green light to releasing a Best Of Kill Switch...Klick CD.
They want a couple of remixes of Kill Switch...Klick songs to be done by other artists on the
CD to give it previously unreleased songs. I think that's a good idea as some people might not
be interested in the CD if they already have some of the songs. I'm trying to get my old 8-track
reel ro reel machine working so I can dump out the vocals onto DAT for the remixers. I used that
8-track for all the vocals and acoustic instruments synced up to my computer for 5 albums (all
the way through the ALT. CD). The rewind belt & spindle on the tape deck keep falling off
(it's an old machine). Each time I rewind the tape, I have to take it apart and put the belt and
spindle back on. What a pain in the ass! I'll be finishing up Monster this weekend (finally!).
Eric Cooley from Faith & Disease said someone (can't say who yet- don't wanna jinx the deal)
might be interested in putting out a full length Ginsberg Files CD.

05/31/00- Ahhh, the last day of May. I'm fixin' the mixin' on Monster and re-doing the vocals.
Got word back from Cleopatra about a Best Of Kill Switch...Klick CD. They say they might be
interested. Man...this year is gettin' busy all of the sudden.

05/29/00- Took the kids to see Dinosaur today. A pretty decent movie, especially the asteroid scenes.
I give it a 4 out of 5 star rating. Worked on the guitar solo/ break on Monster and started recording
the vocals. Gotta a real nice rock-a-billy vibe goin' with the slap back echo applied liberally
to the vocals.

05/28/00- Finished the lyrics for Monster two days ago. I was recording the backing vocal tracks
and scratch lead vocal when my headphones died yesterday. So I had to go to Guitar Center here in
Seattle to buy a new pair. $100.00! I've been using SONY MDR-7506's since the deGENERATE album
(about 4 years ago). They are great studio reference headphones, and I'm used to their
flat response (limited coloration). I tried using a cheap-ass Radio Shack pair yesterday and was
totally lost. It's hard to explain but without a clear reference point you can't mix sounds against
each other. It takes alot of practice to mix. Not too much or too little bass, strong but not
overpowering drums (I have a tendency to mix the drums out front)...and don't bury the vocals.
You get used to something and that becomes your point of reference. Now I'm adding vocals and
guitar breaks to Monster...should be finished this Memorial Day Weekend. I love 3 day weekends.
I have a day job unloading trucks, and sometimes I'm so tired when I get off work I don't wanna
do nothin'. I hate that. iRegular has been doin' better so I am cutting down my schedule this summer
to 4 days a week. It'll be like 3 day weekends all the fucking time! Except...owning a label is
even more work than a 9-5'er. At least it's something I really enjoy.
My wife is playing her Djembe upstairs. She has an all-female dance & percussion group.
Our house sounds like a music store. Stuff going on all the time, people coming over to jam or record.
It's all about music, music, music.

05/22/00- Everything went well at AVAST Studios last night with the Faith & Disease sessions.
The last piano track got a little out of sync. Might have been my recorder. We couldn't figure it
out, but fixed it by moving the track in my hard disc recorder and re-dubbing it to the master
tape. Got The Who song 5:15 laid out for Mike Ditmore to do the drums in the next week or so.

05/20/00- Working up the strings and french horns for Rubena Verde. This version of the
song is going to be different from the one I did for Faith & Disease a year and a half ago
that appeared on the Italian magazine compilation Losing Today Volume One. This version has
live drums which gives it a more organic feel and meter. I'm supposed to take the finished tracks
back to AVAST Studios tomorrow.

05/19/00- Went back over to AVAST to interview Eric Cooley of Faith & Disease for a
documentary film I making. I also interviewed the rest of Faith & Disease to document
the recording of their album Beneath The Trees. The tape looks very good. These are the
first interviews I've ever done on the interviewers side of the camera. It was a strange-
but I liked it.

05/18/00- I went over to AVAST Studios today, where Faith & Disease are recording their new
album and dumped a rough mix of their song Rubena Verde onto my hard disc recorder. By doing
this I can take the rough home in my recorder and add keyboards and percussion in my home studio,
then bring my hard disc recorder back into AVAST and dump my finished tracks. I work faster that
way and don't have to drag all my equipment over to AVAST. Besides Faith & Disease won't loose
precious studio time as I record my parts. We striped the 2 inch master tape with time code so
syncing the tracks I record at home should be no problem.

Got the Faith & Disease version of Eventually mixed and ready for 'em. Sounds very nice.
Watched the Trailblazers - Jazz game on TV. Man...Utah has gotta kick some serious ass to win
this one. Down 3 games to 1 and headed back to Portland. Hey this page is starting to read like
a journal.

05/13/00- Spent the whole morning at the Washington State DMV getting my license back. I haven't
been able to drive for close to 7 years because of old parking & traffic tickets. In Washington
State, if you don't or can't pay your tickets you can't renew your license. How fucking lame is
that?!?!? They have recently talked about instituting a payment policy because the number of
drivers without a license and insurance has gotten out of control. Seems the insurance companies
complained and now the state legislature is changing the law. If you want change get big business

05/07/00- Eric Cooley came over again to sort out the version of Eventually that's gonna be on the
new Faith & Disease disc. We killed most of the percussion and I'm adding another trombone part.
This should be interesting...more ethereal than the Kill Switch...Klick version.
Eric also said he heard my mix of Plato's Cave for Diamond Fist Werney's CD on the radio the other day.
It's good to know that one of my remixes is actually getting some local airtime.
I also finished the basic template for 5:15 this morning. It's been a busy weekend.
P.S. I left a message with Cleopatra Records owner Brian Perera about doing a Best Of
Kill Switch...Klick album. I thought it was about time. We'll see what he thinks about the idea.

05/06/00- Started tracking a song for a WHO TRIBUTE CD I'm putting out on iREGULAR. The song
I'm doing is 5:15 off the Quadrophenia album. My old drummer Mike Ditmore is going to play drums
on it, so it's gonna be listed as a Kill Switch...Klick track. Rented Being John Malkovitch.
What a freaky-ass film. Very interesting premise. A thumbs up for a rental.

05/05/00- Working on the lyrics for Bassio(working title), a rippin' groovy blues track featuring
James Whiton on Upright Bass. Lyrics can take the longest to write when your trying to match them
to a finished piece of music. This seems to be the case for all the tracks on my new demo/CD.
Monster is being a pain in the ass. The lyrics are coming in fits and spurts. I'm taking a break
from it for awhile to get a fresh perspective. The Flathand 5 tapes are still a sittin'
I need more time.

04/24/00- Eric Cooley came by my studio to begin sorting tracks for the new Faith & Disease album,
Beneath The Trees to be be released by Projekt Records September 12th, 2000. I am going to be re-
working the Kill Switch..Klick song Eventually that was originally released on the album deGenerate,
as well as doing a little keyboard work for the CD. Eric & Dara Rossenwasser both performed on
the original version of Eventually, and now the song will be appearing on the new Faith & Disease
disc as a sister version. Isabella is completely mixed and I began working on Monster once again.

04/22/00- Jeremy came over yesterday and overdubbed the snare and kick on Isabella. I cut and pasted
his various takes together and it's sounding pretty good. I've gotta fix a few spots. It's a bit'o
musical surgery. I read this article on Moby the other day that inspired me. He said he sometimes
takes months to finish a song. I usually do to...so now I don't feel like I'm excessively anal about
my music. It's difficult being the song writer, musician, producer & engineer all at the same time.
You have a tendency to over get whelmed by a song. Is the kick too loud? Are the vocals getting
buried on the chorus? You can nit pick it too death. But at the same time you have to be detailed
enough so that the song sounds like a full production (unless you are going for an extremely lo-fi
sound). That's why it can take a one man operation so long to complete an album. In the end good or bad
at least I did it my way.

04/20/00- I've decided to have Jeremy Sever come back into the studio and go over the drums on Isebella.
The snare and kick were getting buried in the middle of the song. That's what's so cool about samplers,
I sampled the original drums sounds that Jeremy and Jeff Venturo got during the original sessions,
loaded the sounds into my Roland S-550 Sampler and assigned the sounds to some drum pads and now Jeremy
can come over and play over the old tracks with an exact audio copy of the original sound. You can't
tell the difference between what was the old tracks drums, and the new tracks drums.
I love musical technology!

04/08/00- An official release date has been set for the compilation that Eric (of Faith &
Disease) and I recorded for as THE GINSBERG FILES. It's May 15th and the comp. is being put out
by Tragick Records. I'll post more info as I get it. I've also been asked by Eric to do some
synth and keyboard work on Faith & Disease's upcoming CD for Projekt Records. The recording is scheduled
for May.

04/05/00- Finishing the vocal tracks for new song called Isabella tonight.
Another one done. I'm hoping to mix it tomorrow.

04/04/00- Just got over the stomach flu. Man what a bitch that one was! Your stomach gets all tied up
in knots and you get the runs something fierce (is that too much information?). So I got nothin' done.
Thank God it only lasted a little more than 24 hours.

04/01/00- Finished both the d.A. Sebasstian & The Flathead 5 recordings! April Fucking Fools! I've
got along way to go to finish these bad boys. I did work on a new d.A. track called Monster.
Laid down some mean trombone and guitar today and bounced some tracks into the sampler.
This one is almost there. Two other songs are almost done as well. My hay fever is letting up so
I can finish some vocals. Every year about this time I get allergies. Only had 'em for the last 5
years but they seem to be getting worse. It must be Alder or Cedar pollen, something native to Seattle.
During the beginning of Spring each year, I can't sing for a month or so because my sinuses get so
clogged. I tried this Allegra stuff. It worked intermittently.

03/26/00- Working on three new tracks for the d.A. Sebasstian CD. I hope to get this thing close
to finished by summer. The new tracks are more bluesy. One of the new tracks features the awesome
talents of James Whiton on the upright bass and Jeremy Sever on drums & percussion. After I get four more
of the newer songs completely finished, I'm gonna start sending out pre-release versions,for radio and
general interest. That should happen in a few months. The biggest difference between these songs and
previous material I've done is the addition of slide and electric guitar to my song writing.

03/10/00- I signed a contract with Vitaminic.com to distribute my label material on-line as purchasable
mp3's. I know most people don't care to buy their mp3's, that's the whole reason mp3's are so popular,
but now I can post my entire CD's song selection on-line. Some of my tracks will always be free though.

03/05/00- Just finished writing and recording an ambient guitar song for a compilation
to be put out by Silber Records later this year. The CD comp. is entitled Zann and is a
tribute to H.P. Lovecraft. The theme of the CD is music to scare monsters away, like music
so threatening or beautiful that it would scare them away. This is the H.P. theme.
My tack is called Crawling and is more about inner demons and monsters and trying
to drive them away.

02/22/00- I just finished a new song for the new d.A. Sebasstian CD. That is the 6th song
completed. The plan is to have 10 songs with a Quicktime movie at the end of the CD.
The short film is Brent Watanabe's piece Example which I acted in and did the music for.

02/17/00- I have taken a week off my day job to continue work on The Flathand 5 tracks.
I have finished one more track and am mixing the music for three others. It's movin' along.

02/03/00- Finished mixing two Flathand 5 songs. Will post them on MP3's page in a few days.

01/23/00- More recording on The Flathand 5 CD. The release date has been pushed back, but several
of the songs will be available in MP3 format by February, 2000.

01/22/00- Faith & Disease came over to the studio to do some pre-production work for their next
release, possibly to be out on Projekt Records later this year.
